Clear up memory space:
If the “Phone Manager” is preset, please click “Phone Manager”. Click Storage cleaner >
smart scan and follow the prompt in the screen.
If the above method is invalid, we suggest you restore to the factory settings after backing
up the important data.
10.3 How to find the default save path of the usual files?
Files received by Bluetooth, the default save path is in Files > Bluetooth folder.
Pictures and Video, the default save path is in Files>DCIM folder.
Files from screen capture, the default save path is in Files>Pictures folder.
Files recorded by sound recorder, the default save path is in Files> Recordings folder.
10.4 How to format internal storage space?
Enter “Settings”, click “Backup & reset” > “ Factory data reset” > “Reset
phone”>”Erase everything”.
10.5 Can’t recognise microSD card
Make sure the microSD card is correctly inserted. Please refer to attached Quick Start Guide.
Check if the microSD card is more than 128GB and if it is FAT or FAT32 forma?.
