7.22 How do I set the photo mode?
In the preview mode, click and select another photo mode.
7.23 Watch online video without sound.
1. Confirm whether the phone is set to mute the media volume in video playback
interface, press on the volume up key to improve the video playback volume.
2. Confirm whether the video player app is set to mute, unmute settings.
3. Reinstall the video player app.
4. Try to play this video on another phone to check whether the video file has
problems.
5. Replace other video files to check whether the video player has problems.
6. Restart the phone and try again.
7. If the problem still persists, please contact Huawei customer service or take your
phone and purchase invoice to a service center for inspection.
7.24 The loud speaker sound is poor.
Do not press on the battery cover when playing music as this may change the air
pressure inside the phone and affect the quality of the speaker sound.

7.25 The volume is low when using earphone to listen to music .
1. You can turn up the volume using the volume up key when music is playing.
2. Check whether the phone's earphone hole is covered with objects, please regularly

is a problem with the file, try again with another file.
