Enter “Settings>Location >Mode>High accuracy” and select using Wi-Fi or mobile
network to locate.
If the problem still cannot be solved, please use another navigation software and try again.
If the other softwares have the same problem, please call customer service hotline or take
the mobile phone and invoice to the Customer Service Centre to check.
12.16 GPS signal loss.
Try to change a location and the signal is usually automatically restored.
When using GPS in cars, please keep mobile phone under the front window.
GPS antenna faults can also lead to GPS signal loss.
12.17 How does GPS work?
The mobile phone gets the location data(latitude and longitude) which is got by GPS module
in the phone, and shows the location by latitude and longitude in the map.
12.18 Difference between GPS location and mobile station location.
GPS location uses the GPS module to get location from GPS satellites. It costs more
electricity and accuracy, but cannot locate indoors.
Mobile station location uses the distance from the base station of the operator to determine
the location of the mobile phone. It cannot locate very accurately, but it can be used indoors.
12.19 How to forbid applications to get personal location information?
Enter “Settings > Location”, turn it off.
