HUAWEI TAG-L21/HUAWEI TAG-L23/ HUAWEI TAG-L22 have two SIM slot, the secondary
SIM Card can only support 2G:
2G：GSM: 850/900/1800/1900
For dual sim slot type, user can manually select the 4G/3G and default mobile data slot.
