Extended modem commands for VoiceView
Some Aptiva modems support VoiceView. Table 15 lists extended ATcommands for VoiceView. With VoiceView
technology, you can use analog lines to alternate between voice and data over the same communication line. For
example, if you have the proper programs, you can dial a music or flower retailer that supports VoiceView technology.
During a single call, you can listen to music or view flower arrangements and then speak with a person to place an
order and provide credit card information.
Note: These commands are not supported by the TSR program that is required for operating the modem in DOS mode.
