If the plus sign appears between each key name in
a string of three key names, then press and
release the third key while holding down the first
two keys.
For instance, if you see an instruction to press
Ctrl + Alt + Delete, then press and hold down
the Ctrl and Alt keys. While you hold down these
two keys, press and release the Delete key. After
you release the Delete key, release the Ctrl and
Alt keys.

The following publications and online documentation
contain more information about your computer:
Read me first book. This book contains instructions
to help you unpack, set up, and start using your
computer.
IBM Statement of Limited Warranty, IBM Program
License Agreement, and Limited Warranty for
Programs booklet. This booklet outlines legal
restrictions on the use of your computer and the
software that came with it. It also identifies the terms
and conditions of the limited warranty.
HelpWare book. This book contains information
about the following topics:
• Hardware service and software support for your
computer
• Electronic support
• The 1-800-number (for hardware assistance) and
IBM support services (for answers to questions
about your new computer)
Be sure to read this information to take full advantage of
all the IBM Aptiva Personal Computer offerings.
Aptiva Guide. Your computer comes with a program
called the “Aptiva Guide.” This interactive
demonstration helps you learn about the features and
programs that were installed on your computer at the
factory. You can start and use some programs from the
demonstration.
To start the Aptiva Guide demonstration, follow these
steps:
1. Click on the Start button on your Windows 95
desktop.
2. Move your mouse pointer to the Programs menu
and then to the AptivaWare menu.
3. Click on the Aptiva Guide option.
