Cab Layout
Display Monitor
The monitor provides indications of the machine’s
operating condition and draws the operator’s attention to
immediate or imminent problems by means of indicating
lamps, dials and an audible buzzer.
Note: The monitor must be protected at all times against
the ingress of water, either from rain or when washing the
machine. The ingress of water could damage the monitor
and/or render the machine inoperable.
Operating Condition Indicators
1 Preheat Indicator
Illuminates at ignition switch-on if the ambient
temperature is low, indicating the need to pre-heat
the induction manifold. When HEAT is selected the
lamp illuminates and the buzzer sounds until pre-
heating is completed.
2 Travel Mode Indicator
At ignition switch-on the lamp is not lit to indicate
that the low speed travel mode is selected. When the
high speed travel mode is selected the ‘Hare’ symbol
illuminates.
3 Servo Isolator Switch Indicator
Illuminates when the Servo Isolator Switch is
switched on.
4 Slew Brake Indicator
Illuminates when the slew brake has been applied.
5 Fuel Gauge
Gives a continuous indication of the level of fuel in
the tank. Top up the fuel tank when the gauge needle
approaches the empty sign (E).
6 Coolant Temperature Gauge
Gives a continuous indication of the coolant
temperature. If the gauge reads at the top end (H) i.e.
above the green area, select ‘low idling’ and allow the
engine to run in this condition until the normal
running temperature (within the green area) is
achieved.
