Cab Layout
Control, Function, Operation
Control of the engine speed by the
one touch idle switch. Stop the
engine by turning the ignition switch
off.
A stepping motor is used on
the throttle motor. When the
engine stops, the stop
solenoid operates.
When L/F mode is selected
the boom lowering stroke of
control valve spool is
restricted.

CONTROL
FUNCTION
OPERATION
An operator can adjust engine RPM
by one touch.
Engine RPM is changed
according to input data
The difference in engine RPM is
maintained for each mode selected.
When the emergency stop
push button on the right hand
side of the switch panel is
pressed, the engine stop
signal is sent to the motor
driver and the stop solenoid
operates.
Stops the engine in an emergency by
pushing one button.

Pressure is maintained by a
pressure reducing valve,
dependent on the brake
selection.
Starter switch OFF and SW ON:
100% swing lock.
During engine running and operation
other than swing: 50% swing lock.
Swing operation 0%.
Swing Brake/Swing Lock
When the lever is raised the
controls are isolated.
Unless the controls are immobilised,
by raising the lever, entering and
leaving the cab is impossible.
In an emergency, it is possible to
shut off the services immediately by
raising the lever.
Lever Lock
Switch the travel motor to 2-
speed travel to enable
switching of the motor by
pilot pressure of the solenoid
valve.
1-speed or 2-speed travel operation
is obtained by step switch.
2 Speed Travel
After the starter switch is
turned OFF, there is a 7
second delay before the
battery relay is cut OFF.
A power supply is maintained to
allow electrical devices to be
operated after the key switch is
turned to OFF.
Power Supply Cut Delay
An overcurrent sensing circuit
is fitted within the controller.
When the output is shorted,
the power transistor output is
stopped.
If the power transistor output of the
controller is shorted , the controller is
protected.
