INADEQUATE
CLEANING POWER
Not enough PSI from pressure
washer
Ensure unit produces a minimum 2000 PSI.
Inadequate water supply Turn water supply completely "ON" and/or
clean water lter on pressure washer. En-
sure unit produces a minimum of 2.4 GPM.
Engine RPM on pressure washer
is too low
Increase throttle.
Nozzle obstructed or worn Clean or replace as necessary.
Incorrect nozzle orice size Insert correct nozzle.
ROTATING BAR WILL
NOT ROTATE
Seal has drag Allow for break-in period.
Snap ring dislodged Do not use! Contact your customer
service.
Seal malfunction Do not use! Contact your customer
service.
Bearing failure Do not use! Contact your customer
service.
EXCESSIVE VIBRA-
TION OF SURFACE

Nozzle clogged Clean or replace.

Increase water supply or ensure pressure

WATER WEEPING
FROM SWIVEL
Small amount of seepage is normal No modication is necessary.
WATER SHOOTING
FROM SWIVEL
Seal malfunction Replace.
LOW OPERATING
PRESSURE
Insufcient water supply. Closed
faucet. Inlet hose kinked
Use larger garden hose; clean inlet water
screen. Open faucet.
Clogged inlet hose strainer Check plumbing system for leaks. Retape
leaks with teon tape.
Faulty or mis-adjusted unloader
valve
Adjust unloader for proper pressure. Install
repair kit when needed. Call local distributor.
Worn packing in pump Call Dealer Customer Support.
Machine has been stored in
freezing temperatures
Thaw out machine completely, including
hose, spray gun and wand.
Slow engine RPM Call local distributor.
