REAR WHEEL
REMOVAL
Remove the rear axle nut.
Remove the rear brake adjusting nut.
Remove the rear brake panel fixing arm
bolt.
Remove the bushing.
Remove the rear brake panel.
Loose both of the chain adjuster nut.
Push the rear wheel forward.
Disconnect the drive chain.
Remove the rear wheel.
INSPECTION
Set the rear axle in V blocks and measure
the runout with a dial gauge.
Service Limit: 0.2mm
Place the rear wheel in a turning stand and
measure the rim runout.
Service Limits:
Axial: 2.0mm replace if over
Radial: 2.0mm replace if over

Rear Axle Nut
Rear Brake Adjusting Nut
Drive Chain
