1010 Lift motor error
When the lift motor is driven, the lift
motor over-current detection signal is
detected continuously for 50 times (5 s)
at 100 ms intervals.
After the lift motor is driven, the ON sta-
tus of lift limit sensor cannot be detected
for 8 seconds.
The cassette installed confirmation mes-
sage is displayed on the printer opera-
tion panel, and even if the cassette is
opened and closed, the cassette
installed confirmation message is dis-
played 5 times successively.
Defective bottom
plate elevation
mechanism in the
cassette.
Check to see if the bottom plate can move
smoothly and repair it if any problem is
found.
Defective drive
transmission sys-
tem of the lift
motor.
Check if the rollers and gears rotate
smoothly. If not, grease the bushings and
gears. Check for broken gears and replace if
any.
Defective lift motor. Replace the lift motor.
Defective engine

PF lift motor error

When the PF lift motor is driven, the PF
lift motor over-current detection signal is
