The power supply voltage is low.
There was an instantaneous control
power failure of 15ms or longer.
Shortage of power supply capacity
caused the power supply voltage to
drop at start, etc. .

(Main circuit power switched on
within 5s after it had switched off.)

•For MR-J2-

B:
The power supply voltage dropped
to 160VAC or less.
• For MR-J2-

B1:
The power supply voltage dropped
to 83VAC or less.
Faulty parts in the servo amplifier.
2011 11 Board error 1 Printed circuit board fault.
2012 12 Memory error 1 RAM memory error.
2013 13 Clock error Printed circuit board fault.
2015 15 Memory error 2 EEP-ROM error
Faulty parts in the servo amplifier.
The encoder connecter (CN2) is
disconnected.
Fault in the encoder.
Encoder cable fault. (Wire breakage
or shot)
