Upper and Lower-limit Alarm (with Standby Sequence)
Comparisons are made to the upper and lower limits of the A/D conversion values or D/A output values after
the value falls within the range between the upper limit and lower limit following the beginning of operation. If
they fall outside the specified range, the Alarm Flag will turn ON.
