3.7 Installing the Standard Mounting Kit and
Mounting the ODUs
Use the standard mounting kit for:
• LFF (large form‐factor) ODUs
• SFF (small form‐factor) ODUs
• RADWIN 2000 Alpha INT ODUs
• RADWIN 2000 E ODUs
• External PoEs
• RADWIN GSUs
• External antennas (with mounting kit adaptor)
Note:
The RADWIN 2000 Alpha EMB has its own mounting kit. See Installing the RADWIN
2000 Alpha EMB Mounting Kit.
The mounting kit can be used on a vertical or horizontal pole or on a wall as described in the
following sections:

• Installing the Standard Mounting Kit on a Horizontal Pole
• Installing the Standard Mounting Kit on a Wall
3.7.1 Installing the Standard Mounting Kit on a Vertical Pole
The mounting kit can be used on a thin, medium, or thick pole according to the following
