useofthesemodestoachieveoptimumresults.
TheRadarModecanbeselectedfromtheRadar
application’smainmenu.
RadarmodesareavailablewhenusingHD
Radomes,HDOpenArraysandSuperHDOpen
Arrays.
Themodesavailableareasfollows:
•Buoy—aspecialmodethatenhancesthe
detectionofsmallobjectslikemooringbuoys.Itis
usefulatrangesupto0.75nm.
•Harbor—thisisthedefaultmode.Thissetting
takesaccountoflandcluttersothatsmaller
targets,likenavigationbuoys,arenotlost.
•Coastal—accountsfortheslightlyhigherlevels
ofseaclutteryoumightencounteroutofharbor
andadjuststheradardisplayaccordingly.
•Offshore—automaticallyadjustsforhighlevels
ofseaclutter.
