vessel’sdraftincreasesduetosquat,trim,roll,
pitchandheave.
•Chartaccuracy—Theelectronicchartdepth
maynotbeaccurateorthetruedepthmayhave
changedsincethelastsurvey.
•Weatherconditions—Highairpressure,and
prevailingwindstrengthanddirectioncanaffect
waveheight.
