The steam feed valve is defective.
► Switch the coffee machine off and back
on.
► Check the water supply.
► If not rectified, contact your service part-
ner.
187 Boiler sensor broken Beverage dispensing is not possible. ► Contact your service partner.
188 Heating! Disconnect
the machine from the
power supply
The steam wand or beverage outlet is
clogged.
Dispensing of beverages is blocked.
► Disconnect the machine from the power
supply
► Contact your service partner.
The machine is overheated.
Dispensing of beverages is blocked.
► Switch off the coffee machine and let it
cool.
► Switch the coffee machine back on.
► If not rectified, contact your service part-
ner.
189 Steam boiler heating
time fault
Error while heating. ► Switch the coffee machine off and back
on.

Beverage outlet is clogged.
Choco dispensing valve is faulty.
► Do not use choco dispensing.
► Contact your service partner.
Choco dosing screw
blocked, only water is dis-
pensed.
Dosing screw is clogged.
Mixing bowl is clogged.
► Clean the dosing screw.
See "Cleaning" - "Powder container".
► Empty the powder.
► Turn the screw by hand until all powder has
been removed.
► Rinse with water, if necessary.
► Let it dry fully.
Coffee dispensing left/right
is different.
Beverage outlet is clogged. ► Clean the beverage outlet.

No milk foam or milk dis-
pensing, even though
there is milk in the milk
container.
Milk hose kinked or crushed.
Milk nozzle is clogged.
Cooling unit (internal/external) is iced up.
► Lay the milk hose correctly.
► Clean the milk nozzle.

► Defrost the cooling unit.
