4. Aperte o bucim de forma a dar uma boa vedação.
Feche a tampa e aperte os parafusos: não aperte
demasiado os parafusos. (O torque recomendado é de 1,1 a
1,7 N-m (10 a 15 in-lb))
Modos RUN e PROGRAM
O SITRANS Probe LR tem dois modos de funcionamento:
RUN e PROGRAM.
Após completar os procedimentos de instalação e ligar a alimentação ao SITRANS Probe LR,
ela arranca em modo RUN e detecta o nível do material. Ele mede então a distância (em
metros) ao nível do material, em referência à condição Vazio (nível de processo vazio). Este é o
modo de arranque por defeito, do mostrador.

Utilize o programador manual para controlar o mostrador.
Se a fiabilidade do eco cair abaixo do limiar de fiabilidade de eco, o temporizador “à prova de
falhas" começa a funcionar. Quando a temporização termina, as letras LOE (perda de eco)
alternam com a leitura, a intervalos de dois segundos, e o indicador de Eco de confiança é
substituído pelo indicador de Duvidoso. Quando uma leitura válida é recebida, o mostrador de
leitura de nível regressa ao funcionamento normal.
1 – Primeira Leitura (apresenta o nível, distância ou volume em unidades físicas ou em
percentagem)
2 – Segunda Leitura (apresenta o número de Parâmetro para Leitura Auxiliar)
3 – Indicador de estado dos ecos: Eco Confiável ou Eco Não Confiável
4 – Unidades ou Percentagem
5 – O gráfico de barras ativo representa o nível do material
6 – Leitura Auxiliar (dependendo do parâmetro seleccionado, apresenta o valor em
miliamperes, distância ou fiabilidade do eco com unidades onde aplicável)
