IGNITION SWITCH REMOVAL
Remove the fuel tank.
(W5-7)
Remove the air cleaner box.
(W5-15)
Disconnect the ignition switch coupler
a.
Remove the ignition switch mounting bolts with the special
tools.
09930-1 1920: Torx bit JT40H
09930-1 1940: Bit holder
When reusing the ignition switch bolt, clean thread and
apply
the
THREAD LOCK SUPER
"1322"
or
THREAD
LOCK "1342".
