ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE METER INSPECTION
Disconnect the ECT sensor coupler
a.
I CAUTION I
When connecting and disconnecting the ECT sensor
lead wire coupler, make sure to turn
OFF the ignition
switch, or electronic parts may get damaged.
Connect the variable resistor @ between the terminals.
Turn the ignition switch
"ON".
Check the display of engine coolant temperature meter as
shown below. If any abnormality is found, replace the combi-
nation meter with a new one.
