19-18 SERVICING INFORMATION
CABLE ROUTING
Connect the throttle cable to the rear side on throttle case.
Pass through the cables in the guide.
Clamp
Marking (Pulling side only)
Connect the throttle cable to the front side on throttle case.

Engine stop switch lead wire
Pass through the cables inside the bridge of the frame.
Clamp
TPS lead wire
Clamp the TPS lead wire with throttle cable return side.
Pass through the clutch cable between radiator bracket and frame.
Cut the clamp tip after clamping.
Pass through the cables and engine stop switch lead wire in the cable guide.
Clamp (except clutch cable)
Hot starter cable
Engine stop switch lead wire
Wiring harness
Pass through the hot starter cable inside of frame.
Cut the clamp tip after clamping.
Pass through the overflow pipe and wiring harness between radiator hose and frame.
Radiator hose
Pass through overflow pipe between the engine mounting plates.
Over flow pipe
Pass through the clutch cable into the bracket.
