Rocker Arm
I.D.
Measure the cam rocker arm Inner Diameter
for wear or damage. Also check if the oil hole
is clogged?
Rocker arm I.D. Service Limit：Replace
when it’s over 12.1mm

Rocker Arm Shaft Inspection
Measure the active O.D. of the cam rocker arm
shaft and cam rocker arm.
Service Limit: Replace when it is less than
12 mm.
Valve
Valve Disassembly
Clear the carbon deposit inside the
combustion chamber.
Use the valve spring compressor to compress
the spring, remove the valve cotter, and take
out the cotters, spring, and the spring
retainers.
