Configuring Frozen Detect
Use the Frozen Detect feature to define how long a frozen event can occur before triggering an alarm. The Percent Frozen
Threshold is the percent of the frame that is required to be the same as the previous frame to trigger an alarm. You can set
the percent frozen threshold, the measurement area, and the number of consecutive frames by performing the following
procedures. You can view if Frozen events have occurred i n the Video Se ssion display.
1. Press the CONFIG button to display the
Configuration menu.
2. Use the General knob to highlight Input
Monitor Mode.
3. Press the right arrow k ey to navigate
to the submenu, and then press the
up/down arrow keys to select Single
Black/Frozen.
4. Press the left arrow key to return focus
to the Configuration menu.
5. Press the CONFIG button to display the
Configuration menu.
6. Use the General knob to highlight
Measurement Settings.
7. Press the right arrow key twice to
highlight Frozen Detect and then Noise
Level Threshold.
8. Use the arrow keys and General knob to
set the Noise Level Threshold, P ercent
Frozen Threshold, and the Alarm on
Conseq Frames parameters.
