Charging Circuit (Panel Board and Wiring Harness)
1. Disconnect the 2P connector from the alternator after turning the
main switch OFF.
2. Turn the main switch ON and connect a jumper lead from the
wiring harness connector terminal (WR) to the chassis.
3. If the charge lamp does not light, the panel board circuit,
alternator, wiring harness, or fuse is fault.

(1) Checking
Parking Brake Switch Continuity
1. Disconnect the connector from the parking brake switch (1) after
turning the main switch OFF.
2. Measure the resistance between the two terminals.
3. If infinity is not indicated, the switch is faulty.

Parking Brake Switch Panel and Wiring Harness
1. Disconnect the connector from the parking brake switch after
turning the main switch OFF.
2. Turn the main switch ON and connect a jumper lead between the
connector terminals of wiring harness.
3. If the parking brake indicator lamp does not light, the panel circuit
or wiring harness is faulty.
