5: Replacement Procedures

5.6.38 Platen Roller and Exit Roller
Step 1. Locate the Platen Roller (circled below) and the Exit Roller (arrow below).
Step 2. If not already done, remove the left-side Linkage; see Section 5.6.29.
Step 3. With a TORX T10 driver, loosen the screw (7.0 in-lb) that holds the Tensioner
in place; circled below.
Step 4. Remove the belt.
NOTE • This procedure uses Spare Kit # P1031925-228: KIT, PLATENS FOR PRINT
ENGINE.
