Replacement Parts
This section provide information for ordering replacement parts of this
instrument. The replacement parts list in Table 8- 1 include a brief
description of each part with the respective reference part numbers.
You can order replacement parts from Agilent using the part number as
listed in Table 8- 1. To order replacement parts from Agilent, do the
following:
1 Contact your nearest Agilent Sales Office or Service Center.
2 Identify the parts with the Agilent part number as shown in the
replacement part list.
3 Provide the instrument model number and serial number.
