obligations

Limited Warranty - For all, first retail pur-
chasers and each subsequent purchaser
of the RS 125 model aprilia motorcycle
imported through Piaggio Group Ameri-
cas, Inc., aprilia USA warrants the motor-
cycle will be free of defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of three (3)
months, without mileage limitations. This
warranty commences when the motorcy-
cle is delivered to its first retail purchaser.
To obtain service under this warranty, the
motorcycle, upon discovery of the al-
leged defect, must be brought to the serv-
ice department of an authorized aprilia
dealer. This dealer will, without charge for
