4.5.1 Mounting instructions for the IP21 kit
For the FI types: FDU, FEU, FGU, FHU.
Unscrewing upper plate. To do so, unscrew the 4
marked screws.
Screw down IP21 cover in place of the upper fixing
plate.
• To allow the upper housing cover to be slid for-
ward and dismounted, with frequency inverters
FDU the control module must be dismounted
(see figure 7, page 12 and see page 11).
• Introduce a screwdriver far into the slot of the up-
per housing cover and press the clip towards the
right. This will open the lock.
• Next, slide the housing cover off.
Secure IP21 cover additionally using the screws in-
cluded in the kit.
Finally replace upper housing cover or slide it on
until the plastic clips lock.
For frequency inverters FDU, mount the control
module again (see page 11).
