Folder Management
86. From the “Administrator”
screen, use the
arrow keys to select
“Folder Management.”
Using “Folder
Management,”
a new folder can be created
and named, an existing
folder can be edited and
renamed, or a folder can be
deleted.
87. To create a new folder,
use the arrow keys to
select “New Folder.”
Press the “Enter” key.
88. Using the arrow keys
and the “Enter” key,
select the name of the
new folder (8 characters
maximum). Note: “Shift”
controls the capital and
lower case lettering.
“BS” (backspace)

Method Management
93. From the “Administrator”
screen, use the
arrow keys to select
“Method Management.”
94. Using the arrow keys,
select the applicable
method folder.
95. Using the arrow keys,
select the applicable
method.
96. Press the “Enter” key.
The method management
screen permits the user to
• move the method to
another folder
• rename the method
• copy the method with
another name
• delete the method from
the folder.
97. Using the arrow keys,
select the desired func-
tion. To move a method,
select the method folder
to which the method will
be moved. To rename
the method, use the ar-
row keys to select each
letter of the new name
and press the “Enter”
key. To copy the meth-
od, enter a new name.
To delete the method,
select “Delete” and
then select “Yes” from
the “Confi rm Deletion”
screen.
