Cleaning the Touch Panel Display
Clean the touch panel display once a month.
Wipe the touch panel display with a soft, moistened, and tightly-squeezed cloth.
After cleaning, wipe with a dry, soft cloth.
For stubborn stains, apply a small amount of mild detergent to the cloth and gently wipe the stain
off.
Do not use benzene, paint thinner, or other organic solvents. Doing so might damage coating on the
surface of the touch panel display.
Do not wipe the machine with a hard cloth or rub it strongly. Doing so might damage the surface of the
touch panel display.
Do not use cleaning agents other than water or neutral detergent.
Cleaning the Paper Feed Roller
Clean the paper feed roller if a paper jam or printing at an angle occurs.
Cleaning the Paper Feed Roller of the Bypass Tray
1. Push the <Power/Power Saver> button.
2. Tap on [Power Off Device] and turn off the power.
3. Open the bypass tray cover. Alternatively, remove the paper left in the bypass tray.
