7-7-3 Automatic Diagnostic Test.
Automatic diagnostic test can be performed by selecting the desired test item from Selected Test item.
1.) Select the desired test item from "Selection Combo Box" in Diagnostics Tool window.
2.) Select the desired execution loop count from "Test Loop Count" button.
3.) Execute the diagnostic test by selecting the RUN TEST button.
4.) Then it displays the test result (PASSED or FAILED) at the end of each diagnostic test.
Each test item is categorized by its functionality, and grouped.
Whenever executing the diagnostic test from System Diagnostics Tool, its execution log message will
be displayed in Log Window, and saved also in log file located in D:\Export\diagnosis.txt with execution
time-stamp.
Overall Test like "DBM64G - Overall Test" means that it executes sub-diagnostic test items one by one
automatically.
Table 7-2 below outlines Voluson™ P8/Voluson™P6 Diagnostics Tool described in the sub-sections.
7-7-3-1 System Overall Test
System Overall Test is root-top level test that executes all the sub diagnostic tests. It executes each sub
diagnostic test one by one, and summarizes the test result at the end of the test execution.
