Performing a Span
Calibration
Stop the flow of the zero calibration gas, and begin the flow of the
span gas to the inlet port of the transmitter, at about 250 cc/min
(0.5 SCFH) and atmospheric pressure.
At the following prompt, enter the percentage of target gas (H2 in this
example) in the span gas mixture (usually 100.00%).
A
[YES] response at the next prompt sends the last live value to the
analog output, while a
[NO] response sends the calibration gas value to
the analog output.
Note: The value (x.x) shown at the above prompt is the current
measured value for the active gas curve.
The meter now recalibrates its span point.
Gas-Curve: Manual.. Use the [
S] and [T] keys to
select
[Span] and press the
[ENTER] key.

cursor under the desired char-
acter. Then, use [
S] and [T] to
increment the value. Press
[ENTER] when done.
