13-4-11. POS-CNN board (40007372)
[Functions]
This POS-CNN board is a relay board that mainly arranges the limit sensor, home position sensor,
and emergency stop signals of each drive axis in units of drive axes, and then inputs them to the
position board.
Additionally, this POS-CNN board also relays the nozzle θ-rotation encoder signals to be input
to the MCM board and the transport related sensor and solenoid valve control signals to be input
and output from the SAFETY board.
[Jumper switch settings]
Jumper switches have already been set correctly at delivery. However, check that they are set
as shown below before setting the POS-CNN board in the control unit.
(The shaded portion shows the jumper switch mounting position.)

[Functions]
This SCALE-I/F board is a relay board that makes the magnescale signals of the XL-, XR-, YBL-,
and YBR-axis matched with the magnetic switch (home position sensor) and inputs them to the
detector.
