To prevent any trouble caused by accidental machine start, always
shut-down the power before starting the maintenance and
adjustment work.

7-1. Replacing the Air Cylinder
(1) Shut down the main air pressure to the machine main unit.
(2) Remove the ATC joint and SEMS cap bolts to detach the air cylinder.
(Also, disconnect the air tubes from the half unions.)

(3) Remove the half union and mount it on a new air cylinder. Reassemble the air cylinder and
other components in the reverse order.
