shut-down the power before starting the maintenance and
adjustment work.

15-1. Detaching the FPI from the Machine Main Unit
As shown in the figure below, the FPI assembly is secured to the ATC base with the SEMS
cap bolts (SL6040892TN).
Remove the SEMS cap bolts.
