(5) Reassemble the components in the order of steps (3) to (1).
Drive belt tension must be adjusted as explained below.
<Procedure>
c Loosen the set screws c fixing the IN/OUT motors to the rail stand F and lock screw d
located on the top of the motor bracket A.
d Tighten up the lock screw d to increase the belt tension.
e Measure the tension using a sonic belt tension meter (manufactured by UNITTA) and adjust it
to between 45 ± 5N.
(Weight=002.5, Width=009.0, Span=0085)
After the belt tension has been adjusted, tighten the set screws c to fix the motors to the rail
stand.
Note) Belt (tension) is stretched excessively.
Torque of the drive shaft increases.
Note) Belt (tension) is loosened excessively.
Teeth on the timing pulley are skipped.
(Noise is produced.)
