14-5. X-Y Unit
The X-Y unit is composed of AC servo driver that drives the X/Y-axes and a magnescale that
detects the movement position.
14-5-1. Structure of X-Y Unit
For the AC servo driver, one XY 4-axis driver (two AC servo drivers that drive the Y-axis and two
AC servo drivers that drive the X-axis) is mounted. Additionally, the magnescale interpolator for the
X/Y-axes is mounted on the left side of the control unit.

Motor outputs
The AC servo driver is connected to the board through the bus. Therefore, it can be
replaced simply by disconnecting or connecting the connector.
X-axis: 600W
Y-axis: 1140W
