Ram cleaR PRoceduRe
Perform the RAM Clear procedures as follows:
1. Turn off power to the Machine.
2. Open the Logic Unit Door and slide out the MPU board to allow easy access to the Compact Flash
cards and connectors.
3. Install the RAM CLEAR Compact Flash Card into the lower Flash Card connector on the underside of
the MPU.
4. Return MPU board to its slot by pressing rmly on the front edge of the board, making sure that the
board is fully engaged.
5. Close the Logic Unit Door.
6. Power up the Machine. The following screen is displayed.
7. Press RESET to reset all the settings saved as their default values (This procedure is highly
recommended for game initialization.). Press CURRENT to keep previously saved settings and
continue the procedures.
8. The KMS SETUP menu is displayed. There are two different KMS SETUP menus - one for domestic
games and one for international games (See the SETUP section for screenshots and details for each
screen).
9. Press Exit to return to the KMS SETUP screen.
10. Press Exit again.
11. When the following message is displayed, power off the machine to complete game initialization.
12. Power on the machine to return to GAME mode.
