7.3 Sending faxes printed with the recipient’s name
(“Dest. Insert” function)
The name of the recipient registered with the one-touch dial button can be
added to the transmission source information and printed on the fax that is
sent so the intended recipient can easily be identified on the receiving end.
To send faxes printed with the recipient’s name
1 Press [Fax/Scan] on the control panel to open the fax screen.
2 Press [FAX Menu].
3 Press [Dest. Insert] on the Set 1
screen.
– To cancel the function, press the
button again to deselect it.
[Dest. Insert] is highlighted.
4 Designate the destination. Set the
original document.
5 Press [Start].

Detail
With a broadcast transmission, the fax can be sent printed with the name
of each recipient.
The “Dest. Insert” function cannot be selected if the recipient was spec-
ified by directly entering the fax number or with chain dialing.
