KICK STARTER

LEFT CRANKCASE COVER
REMOVAL
Remove the eight left crankcase cover bolts
and then remove the left crankcase cover.
Remove the gasket and dowel pins.
INSTALLATION
Install the dowel pins and new gasket.
Install the left crankcase cover.
Install and tighten the eight bolts diagonally
to specified torque.
Torque: 1.2 kgf-m (12 N-m, 8.6 lbf-ft)

Do not pull out the kick starter spindle.
Press in the kick starter spindle when
installing the left crankcase cover.
