slide the cover
forward.

Lift the cover off the phone and set
it aside.

as shown
here.

Gently pull the cover
until it
pops off th
e phone.
Remove
the key
pad

Lift the
keypad from
the
back of
the old cover
.

Place the keypad in
to the
back of the new
cover
