encountered problems and provides possible solutions.

The charger and the phone
are not properly connected.
Securely connect the

Make sure that the charger

The battery is not charged. Charge the battery.
The signal strength is poor. If you are indoors, move
toward a window.
The phone line has changed. Press and hold to
