3-3-4 Searching for Specified Instructions
It is possible to search for only specified instructions that use specific addresses. Use
the following procedure to search for a specified instruction.
1. Press Search –Search OutputInstr.
2. Select the Instruction Option.
3. Select the instruction from the instruction list. To specify differentiation, specify either
Differentiation Up or Differentiation Down. Press the Imm. Refresh Button to specify
immediate refreshing. For the search range, select All (all tasks) or specify the task
(Cycle Exec. or Interrupt).
4. To find instructions using a specified address, input the address.
5. After the search conditions have been input, press the Search Button. The ladder
program section corresponding to the specified conditions will be displayed, and the
cursor will be displayed at the address that is found.
Example: Searching for OUT 6143.15 in the Cycle Execution tasks
1) Select OUT from the instruction list box.
2) Check that Immediate Refresh is not set.
3) Select Cycle Exec. from the Select Task. Press the input field of the task number
and enter 0 on the tenkey pad.
4) Select CIO from the operand list box.
5) Press the operand input field and input 614315 on the tenkey pad.
To continue the search for the same address under the same conditions, press the Next
Button while the cursor is displayed at the address that was found.
