The following displays and operations will not be executed while I/O status monitoring
is stopped.
• Displaying present values on the Ladder Monitor
• Displaying multiple I/O Monitor present values
• Changing addresses
• Changing timer/counter set values
3-5-3 Changing the Present Value Display Format
Press the Dec/Hex Button. Each time the button is pressed, the display format will switch
in order to hexadecimal, decimal, or signed decimal. The current display format will be
shown at the bottom right of the screen.

Switches the display format.
The following operations are performed to match changes in the display format.
• For decimal display, “&” is shown at the beginning of the present value.
• For signed decimal displays, “+” or “-+ are displayed at the beginning of the
present value.
• For hexadecimal display, floating point decimals are also shown in hexadecimal.
• The Multiple I/O Monitor display format is switched at the same time.
• The input format for changing present values is switched to match the current
display format.
Timer and counter set values are displayed according to the timer/counter operation
mode, so the display format is not changed by pressing the Dec/Hex Button.
