What does your warranty cover:.
• Any defect in material or workmanship.
For how long after your purchase:
• Ninety days for labor charges.
• One year for parts.
• Two years for picture tubes.
The warranty period for rental sets begins with the first
rental.
What will we do:
• Pay any RCA Authorized Television Servicenter the
labor charges to repair the set in your home or, if
required, at the service facility.
• Provide new or, at our option, rebuilt replacement
parts and picture tube for the RCA Authorized
Television Servicenter to make the repairs.
How do you get service:
• Contact any RCA Authorized Television
Servicanter. For their names and locations, ask your
dealer or RCA Distributor, or look in the Yellow
Pages.
• Show the service technician your evidence of
purchase date.
What does your warranty not cover:.
• Customer instruction. Your Owner's Manual
provides " information regarding operating
instructions and user controls. For additional
information ask your dealer.
• Installation and set-up service adjustments.
• Signal reception problems caused by external
antenna or cable systems.
• Damage from misuse or neglect.
• Remote control batteries.
• Sets which have been modified or incorporated into
other products.
• Sets purchased or serviced outside the USA.
How does state law relate to this warranty:
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
may also have other rights which vary from state to
state.
What if you purchased your set in Canada:
• Refer to the Canadian Warranty.
