FA ROTEX GW - 09/2012
5 x Start-up
5.1.5 Checks during start-up
Ɣ Check the burner adjustments with a flue gas analyser and
readjust if necessary, (see chapter 7.3).
5.1.6 Setting parameters
Ɣ Adapt the ROTEX GW to the heating system and, if
necessary, to the country-specific requirements by adjusting
the parameters on the controller (see chapter 6.5).
5.1.7 Checklists for start-up
Ɣ Instruct the operator (see chapter 2.5.8).
Ɣ Fill out the enclosed installation and instruction form as well
as the first pages of the operating manual together with the.
5.2 Re-commissioning
1. Check the cold water connection and, where necessary, fill
the hot water circuit (see chapter 5.1).
2. Check the water pressure for the heating circuit at the
controller.
Î If necessary, top up with water (see chapter 5.1).
3. Commission the system with consideration of chapter 5.1.7.
4. Set the temperatures in the individual operating modes.
Î As soon as the heating circulation pump is running, carry
out a visual leak test of all connection points in the house.
Seal any leaks that occur in a professional manner.
5. Start the connected accessories.
6. Record the re-start and any changes made to the settings of
the controller in the operating handbook.
