9.2.12 Trend view
9.2.12.1 Description
Purpose
The trend view is a dynamic display object. The trend value can continuously display actual
process data and logged process data when it is supported by the HMI device.
Layout
The layout of the trend view is based on the configuration. A trend view can show multiple
curves simultaneously to allow the user to compare different process sequences. If the
displayed process value exceeds or falls below the configured limit values, the violation of
the limit can be displayed by a change of color in the curve.
A ruler can also simplify the reading of the process values from the trend view. The ruler
displays the Y-value that belongs to an X-value.
