Links and taps
The links configured in the subscriber (connections to publisher) contain the following
information:
From which publisher is the input data received?
What is the content of the input data?
Where are the additional setpoints received?
Several taps are possible within a link. Several input data or input data areas, which are not
associated with one another, can be used as setpoint via a tap.
Links are possible on the drive unit itself. This internal link corresponds, as far as the timing
is concerned, to a link via PROFIBUS.
