3.9.8 Indicator lamps in the cabinet door (option K20)
This option provides four lights in the cabinet door which indicate the operating status of the
module.
● Fault (red)
● Alarm (yellow)
● Operating (green)
● Ready for operation (white)
3.9.9 Display instruments in the cabinet door for current, speed, output and winding
temperature plus indicator lamps (option K22)
Analog display instruments that display process variables as % are integrated in the cabinet
door. The motor winding temperature is displayed as an absolute value in °C:
● Motor current (0 to +120%)
● Motor speed (–120% ... 0 … +120%)
● Calculated motor power (0 to +120%)
● Motor winding temperature (0° to 200° C).

Option K22 contains option K20.
3.9.10 Sensor Module SMC30 (option K50)
The SMC30 (Sensor Module Cabinet-Mounted 30) evaluates motor encoder signals. The
sensor module transfers the speed and actual position value to the Control Unit via the internal
DRIVE-CLiQ communication interface.
Note
If an encoder fails, the mode can be switched over to "encoderless".

3.9.11 Emergency shutdown circuit (option K58)
With this option, a signal splitter is installed with electrically isolated outputs. This means that
processes signals can be reliably fed into the widest range of systems. As a consequence, the
problem associated with ohmic loads connected in series no longer applies.
