6 CONTROL PANEL
6.1 DESCRIPTION
The control panels manages the basic functions of the device:
• Positive blast-freezing or cooling.
• Negative blast-freezing or deep-freezing.
• Hearth probe or time blast-freezing.
• Conservation.
• Manual defrosting without heater or hot gas.
Thanks to some parameters is possible to erase some functions or change others.
The nal user (the cook) can select the type of cycle and the chilling time when the core probe is not selected.
